BeyondCTO provides Amazon brand growth services including but not limited to: growth audits, strategic planning, listing optimization, PPC management, and ongoing account management. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual client agreements.

4. Performance & Expectations

Our performance-driven growth approach is subject to specific conditions including but not limited to: client commitment to the agreed growth plan, maintenance of minimum ad budgets, timely approvals of creative and copy, and provision of necessary brand assets and account access. 5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for: providing accurate information, maintaining active Amazon seller accounts in good standing, providing timely feedback and approvals, allocating agreed-upon advertising budgets, and complying with Amazon's terms of service.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including fees, billing cycles, and payment methods, are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and content created by BeyondCTO remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients retain ownership of their brand assets, product information, and existing creative materials.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, financial information, and operational details.

9. Limitation of Liability

BeyondCTO's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or Amazon account issues beyond our control.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice after the initial engagement period. Specific termination terms are outlined in individual service agreements.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
